Return Policy

We hope you love your byBeam pieces, however, if you would like to return or exchange an item, we would be happy to help. We understand that some pieces might not look or fit as expected, so we are willing to accept your return for a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, and sent back within 7 days of receiving your return label. 

We can only exchange an item once per order and we do not accept returns for items that have been exchanged. 

We offer free returns and exchanges on all U.S. non-sale orders.

All sale items and items purchased during promotional periods are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

Please note that all custom made orders due to the personalized nature of custom made items all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges for these products. 

Terms

  • Items must be returned in new & unused condition.
  • If returned items are received with damage, items will be sent back to the customer.
  • Tags must still be attached when received.
  • We cannot accept returns on clothing that has been worn or used. 
  • We may reject the return if items have makeup stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or items that smell of perfume.
  • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
  • If your return request was not submitted or sent back within the given time frame, we unfortunately can not accept your returns.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ByBeam reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without approval. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any customer wishing to make a return or exchange for an international order will be required to pay for a return shipping label, as well as any duties that may be encountered. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
